I found this Honduran to be a nicely balanced organic coffee. I generally prefer a dark roast, but this one is very decent for a medium roast.
This is a favorite in our house. Rich and dark, yet not to acidic. Nicely balanced.

Received the four-count most popular sample pack from a colleague a while ago but only managed to write a review today. Tasting each of the four varieties was a unique experience in itself. It's incredible how each bean showcases its own distinct character, yet all are equally fresh. I like the Red Panda for doing pour over in black while my husband likes The Black Leopard and The Rhinoceros with milk. Now I have a better choice of coffee beans than those that I used to ordered outside of the country.
From the moment I open the bag and grind it, freshness permeates the air. It is a very delightful experience. I love the subtle hint of honey and caramel, adding a comforting sweetness. This cute little "Red Panda" is my comfort coffee.
