Refund Policy

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Because every product we sell is either a food item or printed on demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on coffee, pods, capsules, instant coffee, tea, matcha, apparel, mugs, or any other merchandise once an order has been placed.

Coffee, Tea & Other Consumables

Our whole bean coffee, ground coffee, pods, capsules, instant coffee, tea, and matcha are perishable food products. For health and safety reasons we cannot take them back once they leave our facility, regardless of whether the package has been opened.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, never arrives, or is materially different from what you ordered, email [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date with a photo of the issue and we will work with you to make it right at our discretion.

Merchandise (Apparel, Mugs, etc.)

Apparel, mugs, and other branded merchandise are produced on demand by our print partner and are also non-refundable.

If your merchandise arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Eligible defects will be exchanged for a replacement of the same item through our print partner at no cost to you. We do not offer exchanges for fit, color preference, change of mind, or for items past the 14-day window.

Subscriptions

You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future deliveries and billing immediately, but does not refund subscription orders that have already been billed or shipped. Subscription orders follow the same final-sale rules as one-time orders above.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email [email protected] as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order within the first few hours of it being placed. Once an order has been roasted, packed, sent to our print partner, or handed off to a carrier, we are no longer able to cancel it.
