Jimothy Roast - Indonesia Sumatra Gayo Organic Medium-Dark Roast

We still roast in Georgia, but about a year ago my wife and I packed up and moved to the Seattle area, which means we got to watch Jimothy-mania unfold in our own new backyard. When a short, round, gloriously unbothered raccoon shuffled across the internet this summer, the city adopted him on the spot, crowned him a sweet prince, and declared it a Hot Jimothy Summer. As newcomers still finding our footing here, watching Seattle rally around one scrappy little legend felt like the warmest kind of welcome. So we named a roast after him.

The Jimothy Roast is a premium certified organic and fair trade coffee from Indonesia. This medium dark roast boasts deep rich flavors of bakers chocolate and molasses, while maintaining its brightness and acidity. It's the kind of cup made for a foggy Puget Sound morning, a Seahawks mug, and the low hum of something legendary passing through the neighborhood.
