The Otter is a single-origin, medium-light roast from the Mogiana region of Brazil, featuring tasting notes of almond and dark chocolate. Grown at 800 meters and sourced through the COCAPEC cooperative of small-scale farmers, it's a clean, low-acidity cup with real depth.
