I brewed a pitcher and chilled it. A touch of cream and this is delicious. The Diving Moose brand is really impressive and bursting with flavor that is rich yet not burned. Get some!
My comfort coffee
From the moment I open the bag and grind it, freshness permeates the air. It is a very delightful experience. I love the subtle hint of honey and caramel, adding a comforting sweetness. This cute little "Red Panda" is my comfort coffee.

Wonderful flavor with so many notes!
Smokey, nutty, caramel undertones - Would appeal to wide range of tastes
Normally, we drink dark roast, “leaded” coffee. The sentiment is very often “the darker, the better.” Interestingly though, we tried this coffee on a day when we had run out of creamer. We ended up drinking it black and we found that it definitely has a place in our coffee selection. The milder roast yields a nutty flavor that would likely appeal to almost any preference. Even though this is a lighter roast, the rich smokiness shines through. The caramel undertones add another layer of depth. If you are hosting a gathering and you’re looking for a coffee that will appeal to a wide range of tastes, this is a good choice!
Lovely and Delicate
Red Panda is a lovely and delicate coffee blend. I drink my coffee black so I tend to look for a light roast to avoid any burnt flavors I find so common in dark roasts. Red Panda had none of those burnt flavors. It was full bodied and very drinkable. The best cup of coffee I've ever had was while visiting Kona Hawaii and getting coffee from a local plantation. It was simply amazing, Red Panda is a close second to that!
